Phase 2: Design Development
Where ideas take shape and the vision becomes clear.
During this phase, I develop the full design plan—selecting finishes, fixtures, layouts, and custom details that reflect your style and support daily living. You’ll see the design come together through drawings, samples, and curated selections.

· Finish, fixture, and material selections
· Custom cabinetry and millwork design
· Detailed drawings and specifications for trades
· Furniture and lighting selections
· Budget check-ins and final approvals
Phase 3: Design Management
Bringing the design to life—with care and precision.
Once construction begins, I stay actively involved to ensure the design is executed as intended. I work closely with your contractor, answer site questions, and oversee key installations—down to the final styling.

· Ongoing site visits and team coordination
· Design updates as needed
· Oversight of critical installations
· Furniture delivery, installation, and styling
· Final walkthrough and project completion
