JAMIESON PENTHOUSE MAJOR RENOVATION + FURNITURE

My clients were a professional couple with two daughters who found this gem of a penthouse condo with a lot of potential. Everything was original from the early 1990s and needed an overhaul. The dated kitchen was closed off from the living room with only a small opening between the spaces, and the primary bedroom sat at the non‑view end with no balcony.

We removed the walls between the kitchen, living room, and dining room to open the sightlines and maximize the views. A large island with seating now creates a central spot for gathering and homework. At the view end of the condo, we combined an existing den, a small bedroom with balcony, and the original bathroom to create a generous new primary suite with an ensuite, walk-in closet, and office nook. Part of the former den became a walk‑in closet located next to the primary suite.

The clients wanted the warmth of dark wood contrasted with light tones, marble tiles, and gold accents for the kitchen and primary ensuite. We kept the secondary bathrooms simple with white vanities, tiles, and chrome accents.

They now have a modern yet timeless home that fits their family, and they love where they live.
