From your first conversation to the moment you walk through the door, I manage every single detail. Here is exactly what that looks like.
Most people who come to me know that something is not working and they feel the friction every day. They know their home could be better.
They just do not know where to start, what to prioritize, or how to pull it all together without it taking over their life.
This process is designed so that you hand it over once and I take it from there. You make decisions on what matters: the vision, the direction, the key approvals. I take care of everything else.
The result is a home that is distinctive, expressive, and built around how you actually live, delivered without adding a single thing to your plate.
Here is what happens from your first message to your finished home.

We start with a real conversation. No fee, no obligation. You tell me about your home, your family, and your life. What is not working, what you have been thinking about changing, and what has held you back until now. I ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully. By the end of the call, we both know whether we are the right fit.
• An honest conversation about your home and your goals
• A clear sense of whether we are a good match
• An outline of what working together would look like and what it costs
Your role: Show up and talk honestly. That is it.

Once we have agreed to work together, we begin with a paid 90-minute consultation in your home. This is where I understand your space in a meaningful way. I observe how it functions, identify what is working and what is not, and gather the information needed to move your project forward with clarity.
• A focused, in-home session where I see your space and understand your vision
• Clear direction on colour, layout, furnishing, finishes, or whatever your priorities are
• Insight into what needs to change and why
• A written summary of recommendations
• A fee proposal for full service if you choose to continue
For homeowners who want expert direction before making decisions, this step stands on its own.
If you move forward, this becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
Walk me through your home. Share what is working and what is not. That is all I need.
Once you have approved the fee proposal, the project moves into five further phases. From this point, I manage everything.

I translate everything I have learned about you into a clear and cohesive design direction. This is not a mood board of pretty images. It is a fully developed concept specific to your home, your family, and your aesthetic, not a template applied to every project.
• A complete design concept presentation for your approval
• Colour palette, materials, and finish direction
• Furniture and lighting direction
• Floor plan and spatial layout recommendations
• A clear, honest conversation about investment and priorities
Your role: Review the concept, share your reactions honestly, and give your approval to move forward.

With the concept approved, I develop the details. This is where the design becomes fully resolved and ready for execution. You will see your space clearly before anything is built.
• Detailed design drawings and elevations
• 3D renderings of key spaces where needed • Finalized selections for materials, finishes, and fixtures
• Clear documentation for construction and implementation
Your role: Review key elements and provide final approvals.

Once the design is finalized, I take care of sourcing and ordering all furnishings for your project. Every selection is intentional. Every order is managed from start to finish.
• Full sourcing of all furnishings, decorative lighting, and accessories
• Order placement and tracking
• Coordination of deliveries
• Proactive management of delays and issues
Your role: Approve key items before ordering. After that, I handle everything.

As your renovation moves forward, I remain involved to ensure the design is carried out as intended. Your contractor manages construction. I guide the design.
• Ongoing design oversight throughout construction
• Site visits and communication with your contractor
• Clarification and direction as questions arise
• Alignment between drawings, selections, and execution
Your role: Stay informed without needing to manage the process.

This is where everything comes together. I coordinate deliveries, oversee installation, and complete the final styling so your home is fully ready the moment you walk in.
• Coordination of all deliveries and installation
• Furniture placement and layout refinement • Final styling and finishing details
• A fully completed, ready-to-live-in home
Your role: Walk in. Look around. Take it in.
I know how busy you are, and I have designed this process to take as little of your time and energy as possible. Here is everything I will need from you across the full project:
A 30-minute discovery call at the start
A 90-minute in-home consultation once we agree to work together
Approval of the fee proposal & retainer payment before the full project begins
One concept presentation meeting to review and approve the design direction
One design development meeting to review drawings, materials, finishes, and lighting
Approval on furniture and fabric selections before ordering
Occasional brief check-ins if a decision genuinely needs your input
Being present when it is done
That is the full extent of what I need from you. Everything else is mine to handle.

A: It is a relaxed 30-minute conversation, no fee and no obligation. I want to hear about your home, your life, and what you are hoping for. You’ll get a sense of how we work, how the process flows, and what you can expect. By the end we will both have a clear sense of whether it makes sense to move forward together.
A: The paid 90-minute consultation is where we really get into it. I come to your home, see the space in person, ask detailed questions about how you live, and gather everything I need to develop a proper design direction and prepare your fee proposal for the full project. I also offer virtual meetings if that works better for your busy schedule. The consultation gives you a real experience of working with me before committing to anything further. Some clients find the consultation gives them everything they need. Many choose to continue into the full project. Either outcome is completely fine.
A: Not at all. The consultation is a complete service in itself. You will leave with clear recommendations, a written summary, and a confident sense of what your home needs. If you decide to continue, I will have everything I need to prepare your fee proposal. There is no pressure either way.
A: The in-home consultation is $650 + GST and stands on its own as a complete service. For full-service design, each project is dependent upon scope & complexity, but expect a kitchen or a bathroom design fee to typically start at $8,000 + GST. Whole home renovations vary depending on the size, complexity, and scope, and every project begins with a fee proposal prepared after the consultation, so you will have complete clarity on investment before committing to a fully-managed project.
A: It depends on scope. Kitchen and bathroom projects typically run four to six months from consultation to final installation. Whole home renovations run eight months to a year or longer. I provide a timeline range for the design as part of your fee proposal so you can plan around it.
A: I work primarily in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Vancouver. If you are outside these areas, reach out and we can discuss whether it makes sense.
Whether you are thinking about a full home transformation or you simply want some clarity on where to start, I would love to hear from you. The discovery call is free, 30 minutes, and there is no obligation. You do not need to have it all figured out before we talk. That is exactly what the call is for.
Each space is a testament to personalized design, where bold aesthetics meet seamless living.
