KITSILANO CONDO RENOVATION

My clients were a professional couple and their young-adult daughter who downsized from a single-family home into this 2 bedroom condo. The space was dated and not their style, and they wanted it to feel warm and personal, not like a generic condo.

Their brief was clear: light wood cabinets, black accents, and unique tile details in the kitchen and two bathrooms, plus as much smart storage as we could create. By borrowing space from the entry coatroom, we designed a butler’s pantry adjacent to the kitchen, that adds storage and becomes a focal point, bringing life and personality to the hallway.

Now this condo feels like home: functional, expressive, and unmistakably theirs. They love living here.
