From builder-basic to “this is so us.”

My clients were a busy professional couple who felt uninspired by their top-floor, builder-basic condo. Everything was white, storage was tight, and the space didn’t feel like them.

Their biggest struggle was a lack of storage and a home that felt more generic than personal.

We removed a large closet next to the kitchen to add 30 more square feet, extended the cabinetry, and created a generous pantry. Using colors from the new patterned floor tile, we painted the lower cabinets a soft blue, kept the uppers white, and added a soft blue backsplash. In the ensuite and guest bathroom, we added custom millwork and bold, tropical-inspired blues and greens with crisp white contrasts.

Now they feel energized, organized, inspired, and truly at home.
