VANCOUVER TOWNHOUSE RENOVATION + FURNITURE

My clients were a young professional couple with a growing family, moving from a small condo into this recently purchased townhome. They wanted it to feel like home, even though they knew it was not their "forever home".

We added an electric fireplace with a tiled surround, wood mantle, and built‑ins on either side to define the living room and create a natural separation from the dining area. A patterned wallpaper became the backdrop for the dining space, giving it its own personality. Furniture and decorative light fixtures were selected specifically to suit the scale of the rooms and support family life.

This in‑between home became a warm and functional landing place for their growing family until they were ready for a larger home.
