My client was a builder creating a new home near the ocean in White Rock, designed specifically for resale. They wanted a neutral palette with high contrast for interest, so we focused on crisp whites, charcoal-brown accents, and clean-lined finishes that would appeal to a wide range of buyers.

We layered in texture through tile, flooring, and lighting to keep the neutral scheme from feeling flat, and designed cabinetry details that feel custom without being too taste‑specific.

The result is a bright, modern home that feels refined and welcoming, and is truly move‑in ready.
