Phase 2: Design & Curate

During this phase, I develop the full design plan, selecting finishes, fixtures, layouts, and custom details that reflect your style and support daily living. You’ll see the design come together through drawings, samples, and curated selections.

· Finish, fixture, and material selections

· Detailed drawings and specifications for trades

· Budget check-ins and final approvals

Phase 3: Execute & Complete
Bringing the design to life. With care and precision.
Once construction begins, I remain actively involved to ensure the design is executed as intended. I work closely with your contractor, answer site questions, and oversee key installations, down to the final styling to ensure the home feels cohesive and complete.

· Resolving issues as they arise
· Design updates as needed
· Oversight of critical installations
· Furniture delivery, installation, and styling
· Final walkthrough and project completion
